About: Pat Kane

Pat Kane is an emerging singer songwriter from San Francisco California who is quickly making a name for himself on the west coast of the United States. Pat’s music is deeply rooted in the sounds of the blues, and folk/ psych genres that takes the listener back to simpler times.

“I came up playing blues. Over the years I developed some ways about me and now I write songs; but I still play blues, and a lot of other stuff too.”

Pat’s seven EP’s up on Bandcamp are a testament to his passion of creative writing in lyric and song. Bravo Pat!

Leaves

“Leaves” is an experimental rock band from Reykjavik Iceland that formed in 2001. Their music has been compared to Cold Play, Muse, The Verve, and “The Doves” and have released four CD’s to rave reviews; “Breathe” (2002), The Angela Test (2005) “We are Shadows” (2009) and “See You in the Afterglow” (2014).

The Leaves have toured and supported many bands including, The Strokes, Travis, Stereophonics, Supergrass, Thirteen Senses, and Duran Duran, and continue to impress their critics with an evolving music style that combines their experimental strengths with Pop, progressive rock and a dab of psychedelia.

Stephan Thelen

About: Stephan Thelen

Born May 12th 1959 in Santa Rosa, California, USA. He lived and worked in Zürich, Switzerland from 1980 to 2009 as a musician, composer, producer and mathematician. He has two sons (Diego, born 1984 and Sancho, born 1987) and now lives with his wife Katharina and her daughter Anna (born 1999) in Warth, Thurgau.

Education: Studies in classical guitar; Guitar Craft Seminars with Robert Fripp (founder and guitarist of King Crimson) during the 1990s; studied mathematics at the University of Zürich (PHD in 1990)

Musical activities: plays guitar and electronics in various bands and ensembles in and around Zürich that concentrate on music at the fringes of rock, jazz, experimental and classical music. His main rock outlet is Radio Osaka (with singer Andi Czech, bassist Christian Kuntner and drummer Benno Kaiser). Instrumental bands included License to Chill, Broken Symmetry and Root Down. Many CD Productions (No No Diet Bang, Peter Schärli Sextet, etc.). Many Theatre-, Dance- und Filmproductions.

Since 2004 he has been concentrating more and more on compositions for modern Classical Chamber Music (mainly Soprano, piano and strings).

About: Withnailus

I've been making music for many years now and, over these years, I've found my own style. I know I'll never sell millions - to be honest it's never been about that. I love what I do, it's my passion in life, and it keeps one relatively sane. Don't get me wrong, if I could make a living from it, I wouldn't say no. My big dream has always been to make one album like a "Dark side of the moon" and then disappear to a life of royalties and rumours.
