Barry Nelson has been singing, playing guitar and writing music for as long as he can remember. He is currently working on his 5th Solo album and second band album with Jeceris. JECERIS consist of Barry Nelson - vocals/guitar, wife Val Nelson - Bass/bv's, Adam Cubbon Lead guitarist, and Nick Collings, Drums. Gerard McDonald from Lancs - Sax still plays with the band when on tour. Jeceris tour with a passion for the sheer love of it, and released their debut rock album March 2007. The band are currently playing on the Island and have an Easter Tour organised in Cornwall and will be supporting China Crisis this Summer. They have a rapidly growing fanbase and are doing extremely well in the ReverbNation charts. This band produce a professional live show and has longetivity, and they play a mixture of original music and top classic rock covers by the likes of Thin Lizzy, Steeley Dan, Led Zeppelin etc

In under 2 years, RedGap have already made a big impact on the music scene.
The band – consisting of core members Barry and Val Nelson and Joanna Earner formed to play the Big Wheel Blue Festival on the Isle of Man 2008, and have since headlined the Lancaster Music Festival 2009 and the Canary Islands Festival in La Gomera in Jan 2010. They toured Cornwall Easter 2010 and completed a Nationwide UK Spring Tour with CMEAS Artists in May 2010, and supported China Crisis June 17th & Spandau Ballet at the IOM Bay Festival on June 19th 2010. RedGap were also selected to receive a Promotional Package from Deuce Management & Promotions, London. They also played at Big Wheel Blues Festival on 2nd May, 2010 and 2011 in the IOM. July 3rd 2011 they were one of the headlining bands at the Garden Party Festival supporting Davy Knowles who got up and played with the band before his headline slot. RedGap are playing at the Isle of Man Tynwald Day celebrations at Cooil Y Ree Tues 5th July and at Mannifest in August. The band come under the Acoustic Soul/Latin Pop categories, supporting acoustic and electric guitars, bass, percussion and four-part melodic harmony vocals. RedGap session in guitarists and percussion players to augment their sound. Past sessionists include Allesandro Spadoni, guitar, Adam Cubbon, Guitar, Lee Meier, guitar, Hannah Layhe, Drums & percussion, and currently they session Aaron Roberts on percussion. All superb musicians in their own right.
RedGap members are all experienced musicians and have played in various line-ups over the years. They have the passion and the drive to succeed and are currently writing album number 2 due for release in 2011.
