Trucker Diablo was born in 2008 and quickly gained a name
for themselves picking up endorsements along the way from their peers such as
Ricky Warwick, Ginger Wildheart, Joe Elliot, Damon Johnson and Cormac Neeson.
2011 saw the band be hand picked by festival promoters to
appear at Download Festival and finish off the year supporting Black Stone
Cherry on the sold out Irish leg of their UK tour. Leading right into 2012 the
band has their single “Drink Beer, Destroy” feature on Kerrang TV, MTV
Australia and Xbox game Rock Band 3.
Following on the boys took 2012 by the throat and played a massive 43
shows, which including some key highlights from playing Hammerfest with
Anthrax, supporting Foo Fighters at Tennents Vital, supporting Terrorvision on
their UK tour, rocking crowds on the main stage at Hard Rock Hell festival and
topping off 2012 by supporting their heroes “Thin Lizzy” in Belfast.
After the success of their debut album “ The Devil Rhythm”,
the band will release their highly anticipated second album “Songs of Iron”,
which was released on 14th May 2013 through Ripple Music (USA) and Bad
Reputation(EU). First single “The Rebel” was released February 2013 and second
single “Drive” was released at the start of April. Third Single “Maybe You’re
The One” was released in September 2013 and the band recently got tipped as a
new band to watch on the U.S nationwide rock show, THAT METAL SHOW.
Van Eps has been
a mainstay in the Seattle rock scene for the last 5 years. Their sound can best
be described as a “classic feel with a modern edge”, drawing influence from the
Foo Fighters, ACDC, Led Zeppelin, and Jet, to name a few. Recently, with the
help of producer Scott Olson (former guitarist for Heart and producer for Alice
in Chains and the Deftones) and Jamie Chamberlin (video producer for Duff
McKagen of Guns N’ Roses, ZZ Top, Sammy Hagar, Slash, and more) they released
their first music video/single titled “Go Ahead”. They’re now back in the
studio completing their second single, “Save Yourself”, which will be
accompanied by another music video; they hope to release the new single in
October. They love playing shows, and sharing the experience with the friends
they’ve made along the way. Come out to a show and see for yourself what Van

After the success of their
Sophomore release "Dirty Valentine". The ONE boys felt incredibly
inspired to begin working on a new album. Having spent the better part of the
last 3 years touring, there was a lot of excitement about getting back into
writing mode. "You spend all that time out on the road,
you see so much, experience so much and have so much to say. You just gotta sit
down and begin to
put it all down on paper", says Danny Rossi.
"Being away from home so
much makes you feel a certain way that at times is hard to put into words. It
is an amazing feeling to have great fans and friends so far away from
home," says guitarist Chris Staniforth.
Having had success and a good
vibe recording "Dirty Valentine" ONE decided to again acquire the
services of Slaves on Dope guitarist Kevin Jardine. "He did a good job on
the last record. He provides a good mix of honesty and input that just works
well with us," says Staniforth.
The band spent way more time
preparing for the studio process than the last record. Building a small
pre-production studio in the house on one of the band members, making it way
easier to get work done. "We began putting stuff together and getting a
feel for where we were going with this record, continues
Staniforth.
"We wrote the least record
relatively fast. We wanted to take more time on this one. Trying not to over
analyze but at the same time just putting more into it," says Rossi.
"You obviously learn with every album you are gonna put out, so it was more
about just applying what we have learned."
Three years can seem to be a long
stretch between albums. "The demand to tour always seemed to be there. You
can get caught up pretty quick and not realize that all this time has gone
by," says drummer Rudy Occhionero. "Playing shows and connecting with
people is where the magic happens. It is where you
find out who you really are as a band."
Having added bassist Phil Hardy
after the recording process had finished for "Dirty Valentine" this
was the first writing and studio experience for Hardy, or "The
Rookie" as he is also known as. "I was excited and nervous. Playing
shows is one thing, but working on an album is another. It is all very exciting
for me," says Hardy.
In the music business today,
albums can sound generic and too polished. Something that ONE tries to avoid.
"The bands and albums that inspire us to be musicians are the old school
Led Zeppelin, Ramones and Motley Crue records. Nowadays everything is sampled
and over compressed for radio, the soul of the songs at
times seems to be lacking," says guitarist Staniforth who also co-produced
the last album with Jardine.
"I love the old school hair
metal. It is what I grew up on and I still listen to today. Fun, shake your ass
catchy tunes that stand the test of time. The kind of tunes that can rock the
House Live,' says Rossi.
The new album "Worlds
Collide" speaks of struggles and success stories of todays reality. A
groovy, rock your face off album that has a little something for everyone.
"It even has a song that if you turned the heavy guitars back could be
considered country," says Rossi.
"With so much going on in
the World, you can't help but write about it. It is all about staying positive
and staying the course," adds Staniforth.
With a new album comes a new
chapter. A chapter that the band will write one show at a time.

There is a noticeable and distinct difference in
styles between each generation of music. The 60’s were all about freedom, love
and tolerance. The 80’s bought us electronic cheese with a dash of hair metal
while the ‘noughties’ heralded the dance generation. However, much like
fashion, there is no longer a definite standard of music. Now more than ever,
there is something for everyone. So how will we define our generation of music?
We will be defined by the boundaries we explore,
the walls we break down and the beginning of the musical revolution. We will be
defined by our individuality, our diversity. But most of all, we will be
defined by our ability to adapt to the ever changing seas of flavour, while
keeping a sturdy grip on our roots. We will be defined by bands like ‘Howling
Dollhouse’.
The Present:
‘Howling Dollhouse’ is a five piece rock outfit who
are just about to release their second full length studio album. Produced by
David Carr (Antiskeptic, Sadhana) at Rangemaster Studios in South East
Melbourne, the bands next offering promises to be one of the best albums
released in 2012, and a key ingredient in the definition of this generation’s
musical journey. ‘Howling Dollhouse’ are all seasoned performers with musical
interests as varied as the songs they create. Yet even in with their assorted
tastes, they hold true to their strengths and find ways to push the boundaries
of their genre. ‘Howling Dollhouse’ consists of Azazel on the skins, BenJammin’
on the 6-string, Lee on the low 5-strings, Andy on keys and Trick on the vox.
Five guys with the passion and the drive necessary to secure a spot in the
soundtrack of the twenty-teens. Five guys who are prepared to take on the
world, so the world better be God damned ready.
The Past:
‘Howling Dollhouse’ started their journey under the
moniker ‘Into the Night’ in March, 2005. In 2007 they released their first
6-track EP titled ‘The Art of Honesty’, which served to classify the bands
overall style. However, by the time the band released their first self-titled
album in 2009, their sound was significantly different. The addition of Andy on
keys opened the band up to a new realm of possibilities and by now the band was
starting to feel far more comfortable with their place in the musical world.
Mixed by Sylvia Massy (Tool, Red Hot Chili Peppers, R.E.M, Cog) and Rich
Veltrop (System of a Down, Tom Petty) at Radiostar Studios in California and
mastered at Crystal Mastering in Victoria, their self-titled album was the
culmination of years of persistence and an unwavering thirst to release great
independent music. The band has spent the past several years playing in top
class venues such as ‘The Hi-Fi Bar’, ‘The Gershwin Room’ at the Esplanade,
‘Ruby’s’, ‘The Middle’ and ‘The Evelyn’, while sharing the stage with such high
class acts like ‘Ten Thousand’, ‘Dead Letter Circus’, ‘A Sound Mind’ and
‘Thousand Needles in Red’ to name just a few. Yet, even with the enthusiastic
response their album received, it was clear the band still needed to temper
their song writing and concentrate on making their music more accessible to a
wider audience. And in 2011, the band decided that to tie in with their new
outlook, new album and unified style, it was time to upgrade the band’s image.
After lengthy deliberation the band decided to abandon their long standing
title ‘Into the Night’ and adopt the new name ‘Howling Dollhouse’.
The Future:
As a band, the members of ‘Howling Dollhouse’
suffer under no illusions that to be successful in this industry takes more
than mere musical prowess, and having a watertight business strategy is just as
important as the product. They have spent the past many years not only learning
about themselves as musicians, but also tuning their marketing and networking
skills. They have the product, they have the skills, they have the drive. All
of these elements converge to communicate one clear message;
Howling Dollhouse will one day be classed as
Australian musical icons, they will be one of the defining bands of this
generation. It’s not a matter of ‘if’; it’s simply a matter of ‘when’.

Satchwood; i love to write songs. My music is composed from the heart and has
been sown in the fertile soil of intense emotion, soaked in the rains of
belief, pain, and joy, and then honey tanned in the ArizonA sun and seasoned
with the wild oats of freedom and resolve. I enjoy composing music that i hope,
grabs you, and takes you on a ride! Let's go!!
I usually use one
of 4 instruments to start the process: guitar, piano, bass, or voice, using
drum beats. Each produces it's own song style and vibe.... Guitar/bass style:
alternative / progressive rock with definite shredding & blues influences.
I employ finger tapping, arpeggios, harmonic-minor scales, and legato
techniques often in my style of playing. For bass, i'm a pick man ala Stu Hamm
~ what can i say. Lol
Keyboard style:
enjoy using background strings, organ, and piano chords, sound fx, and
melodies.
Singing style: I
tend to try and capture a particular mood for the song.

Special Ops return to the barracks with their third album "Through The
Heart of The Infidel" with award winning producer/mixer/engineer Glen
Robinson (Voivod, Ramones, AC/DC, Gwar, Queensryche, Nashville Pussy). After
releasing their award nominated "Phase 2: Amidst The Madness" and
successful single "Anger is Creeping", which was chosen as the TV
theme song and soundtrack for the "Sid Cycle Show" (Global / Men TV)
in 2007. Special Ops are igniting the dynamite and previewing the first single

Nokio the N-TITY is a producer, songwriter,
singer, and rapper. Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, Nokio is best known as
one of the influential members of the multi-platinum R&B group Dru Hill
where he served as in-house producer and songwriter for the quartet. Bringing a
dark side to the amazing harmony and vocal styles of Dru Hill and mixing the
Baltimore underground Alternative Rock Scene, Nokio emerges as a unstoppable
force, to front the heavy groove rock sound of ..Black Angel Down... Brought up

Nokio brings fellow Dru Hill vocalist Tao

Afterlife are a Hard
Rock band from Glasgow, Scotland formed in early 2011. The band came together
during down time from other projects and the drive to stay musically creative.
It wasn't long before Afterlife became the primary focus for all of the
members.
In July 2012, Afterlife independently released their debut E.P. 'ALPHA', which
featured six tracks including; 'Afterlife', 'Never Fade' and
'Don't Come Cryin' To Me', all of which received UK and European radio play.
The band have since performed live supporting Swedish Rockers Bona‑fide,
Nashville Pussy, the UK's own Terrorvision, Rock N' Roll royalty Thin Lizzy and
more recently Scar The Martyr. Afterlife have also made a number of festival
appearances including Scottish festival Les-Fest (2013), the Cambridge Rock
Festival (2013), Hard Rock Hell (2012) and in March of 2014 opened the main
stage at Hammerfest.
The debut album OMEGA was recorded during the summer of 2013 at a secluded
studio overlooking Loch Fyne in Scotland and features 11 all new tracks
including; 'What Do We Die For', 'Way Back Home', 'Energy, and 'Lost'. In
September 2013 a music video for the song 'Lost' was released, which was ‑filmed
during this recording session.
In the tail end of 2013, Afterlife signed a multi-album deal with Off Yer
Recordings and OMEGA was released worldwide on the 2nd December 2013.
With the release of OMEGA, Afterlife have every intention of performing live
throughout the UK and beyond.
In the Fall of 2007 after
HALLOWBODY branched off into 3*Kick-Ass Bands*Jeff(GUITAR&VOCALS) and
Chris(DRUM-KIT)started writing and recording songs for their new CD*A MANIFEST

What is Guitarcore? The answer is simple……J.F.L.!!
LoNero gave birth to Guitarcore with their first release “Relentless” in 2007.
Fourteen tracks of punishing rhythms and strong melodic hooks. From the time
“Relentless” was released, musical barriers were not only broken, but
shattered! Fans of nearly every genre responded with more enthusiasm than the
band could have ever imagined which gave even stronger resolve to LoNero’s idea
that the melody and song should be the most important aspect whether it’s
instrumental rock or not. Guitarcore is about the song, the band and the fans!
No limits, no borders, no nonsense. Unlike most instrumental rock artists whose
songs are a seemingly endless display of solos, LoNero chooses to focus on
rhythm, groove, verse, chorus and melody. Their songs are constructed as if a
vocalist is going to sing over them. As Guitar Player magazine stated “(LoNero)
claims to have invented Guitarcore so you should really hate them! But you can’t
because they’re just so damn good!”.
LoNero’s vision and drive is evident in their 2011 release
“J.F.L”. This time with the talents of Grammy Award winning producer/engineer
Michael Rosen (Metallica, Joe Satriani, Santana, Papa Roach, Rancid, Testament,
Todd Rundgren and many many more). Recorded entirely at LoNero’s
rehearsal/recording studio, J.F.L takes Guitarcore to an even more refined
level. With such songs as “Little Bastard”, “Eden”, Downside” etc, LoNero
proves groove and melody are still king. Not only has LoNero created
Guitarcore, but with “J.F.L.” they introduce “Punkstramental”. With a nod and
wink to bands such as The Ramones and Social Distortion, the punkstramental
songs “Fat Tat” and “Good Luck” keep the punk vibe alive within an instrumental
format. Something truly unique within the instrumental genre.
With “J.F.L.”, LoNero continues to move forward and forge new ground while
still retaining integrity and honesty in their music. Something that is
tantamount to what Guitarcore stands for.
2011/2012 had LoNero as main support on tour with legendary guitarist Pat
Travers. The end of 2012/2013 has LoNero on tour with original Iron Maiden
vocalist Paul Dianno, says Bill Lonero. “I’ve had the privilege of playing or
recording with the likes of Cliff Williams (AC/DC), Simon Kirke (Bad Company),
Stu Hamm (Joe Satriani), Gigi Gonaway (Mariah Carey), Mike Mangini (Extreme and
Steve Vai) and Polo Jones (Zucchero and Whitney Houston) so I understand what
hard work is and am prepared to do what it takes to build our fan base. We love
playing live because we can connect with our fans.”
